David Hernandez is the CEO of Practice Finance Marketing & Management Inc. (PracticeFMM.com), where he has led the company since 2019. With a strong background in business development and healthcare management, David previously served as EVP of Business Development for Hygea Holdings Corp., where he played a key role in acquiring and integrating medical practices, growing the company’s revenue from $20 million to over $300 million. He has also held executive roles at Peer Review Mediation and Arbitration Inc., Promed Alliance International Inc., and Accumed Billing and Management Corporation, consistently driving growth and operational efficiency. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Accounting from Western New England University and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
